For your convenience, we’ll deliver via DHL . More importantly, the delivery cost of your product/s is depend on the size and weight. The amount of Shipping over 1000 Euro will be calculated and asked separately.

For purchases weight less than 5 kg : 10 Euro
For purchases weight Greater than 5 kg and less than 10 Kg : 20 Euro
Shipment in Italy except Islands :
For purchases weight less than 5 kg : 20 Euro
For purchases weight Greater than 5 kg and less than 10 Kg : 40 Euro
Shipment in Europe :
For purchases weight less than 5 kg : 25 Euro
For purchases weight Greater than 5 kg and less than 10 Kg : 50 Euro
Shipment in North Africa :
For purchases weight less than 5 kg : 70 Euro

Please note we cannot ship goods to an address which is not supported by DHL outside of Italy. Wertech will make best efforts to deliver products within 5 to 10 working days to the address specified by you during the purchase process.
Upon completion of your purchase, our team will organise for your product to be dispatched as a priority. We will notify you when your product is dispatched and will provide you with all the details you need to track your order. Don’t worry if you’re not home when the product/s are delivered. DHL will leave a card at your shipping address, advising you that an attempt has been made to deliver your product. Your new product will then be available to be collected at your local DHL office.

We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. In the unlikely event that an ordered item isn’t available or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange a full refund.
By utilising DHL Service you agree that:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
DHL will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location ; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
A. where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
B. where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
Once your order is placed, it is too late. If you would like to change your order after it has been received, we offer free returns, within the terms of our Returns Policy.
